palak chatney

2 bunches of Palak
2 nos green chilies
2 small onions
1 spoon of grated coconut
1/2 spoon of urad dal(white)
1/2 spoon of chana dal(kadala parippu)
Half a lemon or one piece of green mango according to taste..

Preparation:-

clean 2 small bunches of palak and chop this to tiny pieces..
Take small nonstic kadai and add 1 tea spoon of oil then add urad dal and chana dal fry it till golden colour then and cocount and onions. then add chopped palak and fry a little, then transfet it to a small mixer grinder also add green chilies now. then grind it to a paste..
If you are planign to add mango, add mango also while grinding. Elso when chatney is ready, you just add half of a lemon and mix well. Salt also to be according to taste.

You will get really beautiful green coloured palak chatney, and tasty too..
